Gregory Kittelson

Mr. Gregory Kittelson is an American BPO and Business Consultant working in Makati, Metro-Manila, Philippines for the past 8 years. Gregory has worked for two start-up BPO or outsourcing companies in Makati - FBM Software , and FBM e-Services .  In addition, Gregory co-founded two Internet companies in the Philippines, Digital Media Exchange (Mobius) and GrooveNet .

Between all 4 companies Gregory has had a very dynamic career in the Philippines. He has built companies from scratch while navigating through the Philippines' bureaucratic government agencies and unique business culture.  In terms of doing business in the Philippines, Gregory has significant experience in business development with the Philippines' largest telcos and media companies as well as product management and development while managing local staff.  Regarding building BPO and outsourcing operations, Greg has identified the best hiring, retention and management practices for foreign companies starting and doing business in the Philippines.
